Born in Richmond, Virginia, DeWayne L. Loving attended Hampton

University, majoring in Business Administration and Management.

In 1980, he graduated from the Broadcasting Academy of Richmond

under the direction of Tony Sposa (a legend in the field of broadcasting).

It wasn't until 1983, when D.L. began his career in radio at WFTH

(Faith Radio) as an announcer. Since that time, he has held positions

such as an Independent Sales Consultant, Sales and Marketing Manager,

Technician, Program Director, and Station Operations Manager.

During his career, D.L. has mastered the art of writing ad copy, ad production and voice-overs. He has also been just as effective when utilizing his skills for training superiors and subordinates alike. He strives for perfection in every aspect of radio broadcasting.

Love Broadcasting, DeWayne's newly owned

company, is yet another chapter of D.L.'s

radio experience. He always felt that the AM

frequency would only survive and still have

growth potential under the auspice of talk

radio. His latest project, The Community

Connect internet radio talk show has proven to

confirm his beliefs. Today the Internet promises
